Andmed
Andmed
In short
Use the numbers on this site as a guide. Neither the food database nor the calculator promises perfect precision.
- Food pages are based on Open Food Facts data and cleaned up before publication.
- The calculator gives a starting estimate, not a personal medical target.
- If numbers disagree, the package and your real weight trend matter more.
Kuidas sait töötab
Kuidas me sisu ja arvutusi üles ehitame
Kust andmed tulevad
Baasi aluseks on Open Food Factsi RU-väljavõte.
Me ei tõsta toorväljavõtet lihtsalt üles.
Milliste reeglite järgi me avaldame
Avaldame ainult lehti, millel on inimese jaoks selge mõte, mitte ainult otsingu jaoks.
Otsingutulemusi ja kalkulaatorite ajutisi olekuid ei käsitle me saidi põhisisuna.
